Return Policy

Please check the products in front of the delivery man, if you don't like them you can return by just paying the delivery charge.

Note that once you receive the products, we don't have any return policy.

Exchange Policy

If the product doesn't suit your hair we have exchange policy with a different product but you have to inform us within two days,  You only have to pay the delivery charge and addtional packaging cost may apply.

We have 15 days  defect guarantee. If you find any defects within this time, we will exchange with a new product upon availabiity in stock, you only have to pay the delivery charge.
